  1.Calling the patient according to their queue. 2. Assisting the patient in booking appointment for their follow up check up. 3. Assisting the physician doing minor procedures in the clinic like urethral catheterization, catheter flushing and wound dressing. 4. Assisting the patients in the clinic, taking vital signs, checking capillary blood glucose and instructing them where to go next after they finished the consultation. 5. Calling the next patients after finishing the other and making it sure that the flow of patient in the clinic is organized. 6. Completing patient’s file in the system. 7. Sending pre-authorization for any diagnostic procedures, surgery and admission. 8. Checking the validity of the approved procedure or surgery then informing the patient and giving them appointment for the next visit to schedule the surgery. 9. Making it sure the clinic is always clean and organized. 10. Requesting supplies in the clinic. 11. Coordinating with the laboratory and radiology department regarding the patient’s results. Show less
