Using these assignments, mapped the specific, atomic level, interactions between Ash1 and the WD40 domain of the SCFCdc4 ubiquitin ligase. • Applied BLI to determine thermodynamics of Ash1 binding. • Developed all atom molecular dynamics simulations of Ash1 and quantified the shortcomings of current MD methods when simulating systems including disordered proteins. • Developed methods and analyzed Ash 1 using Small Angle X-Ray Scattering and analyzed the data using ensemble-based models.
