Guiding people in an organization through a change in internal software technology, getting them trained to use the new software, and getting them to embrace the change, this is a large feat. During the roll out of new software at Isaacson, Miller, I worked with Eve, the project lead for this transition, and her team as a volunteer "SuperUser" trainer and coach for other employees in the firm. She had a knack for equipping her employee volunteers to be confident when answering questions from our peers and managers. She taught us to think through these questions with a strong relational and emotional intelligence perspective and to be problems solvers for our co-workers. I enjoyed working with her on this project and other projects during my time at the firm. She understands technical matters while also relating well with others and would be a great asset for any organization or company.
