Make sure the café building, equipment and furnishing are properly maintained and to notify the café manager and maintenance department of any damages, and check that the café areas inside and out are clean, safe and hygienic at all times; and that adequate security measures are taken. Arrange the weekly rota in compliance with the weekly budget taking into account any additional bookings as well as staff holidays, illnesses etc. and to release it on time for the team members.
