Elvin came to work on our "DataConnect" integration product a year and a half ago. Before that he worked in a different group within the company. What Elvin at first lacked in domain knowledge, he more than made up for in his technical knowledge and excellent coding conventions. He writes extremely well thought out, well architected, concise code. He became one of my java and html mentors, while I helped mentor him on product knowledge. Our small User Interface team has both US and Indian developers and our product is very successful. Elvin will be missed by all of us and I sincerely hope he will return one day. No matter where Elvin goes, he will be a tremendous asset, loyal team player, and will not need coaching in anything other than the domain.

Elvin is a technology ninja! He has been our department go to when there is a question about how a particular protocol works (in detail). He is a team player willing to share knowledge and desires to improve systems. He is not afraid to learn and try new things. Elvin is knowledgeable about so many technologies, stays up to date, and is wonderful to work with, making him a true asset to any team.
