As an Operations Intern in the Import/Export department, I was responsible for: - Prepared weekly reports for the client using Word for 3 types of cargo (perishable, general and valuable cargo), using cargo documentation: invoice, packing list and Air Waybill. - Assigned cargo pallets and air containers on daily KLM and Air France flights to Europe, Central and South America through the company's platform. - Reported weekly inventory of ~20 air containers located in the HUB for future cargo storage. - Assisted 4 operators on daily administrative tasks to increase productivity and daily cargo traffic.
