Constance Agyeman
I worked with Eleonora at Nesta for over 2 years and was thoroughly impressed with her breadth of knowledge in impact measurement and evaluation, as well as programme management. Eleonora developed the Challenge Prize Centre Impact framework, which all our challenge prizes are framed against. She did this in a detail oriented way, yet worked diligently on making the framework accessible across the Centre to a variety of different challenge models. Her knowledge in this area was also used to inform the Nesta impact framework development. In addition to this Eleonora demonstrated a strong level of understanding of the development and humanitarian sectors and used this experience to effectively programme manage and evaluate the Data Driven Farming Prize in Nepal. Her strong networking skills supported the effective delivery and relationship building. She is a highly intelligent, detail oriented person, who challenges thinking in the most positive ways and backs that up with solid action. Her relationship management skills are strong and she turned her hand during our time together to many different types of projects from consultative work with a variety of organisations, innovation practice, challenge prize delivery and impact measurement with the likes of Humanitarian Leadership Academy, World Bank, USAID and the Stromme Foundation. She was a great asset to the team with great purpose. She is also an enlightening person to be around. Eleonora will be a great asset to any organisation she works with and is a great person to know.

She has a strong will and determination to accomplish her functions at her best, with a great sense of duty and a curious approach to anything new. We have been working on many creative projects together - being a professional designer and illustrator, I can honestly say that I have rarely worked with someone who could so easily relate to me, like Eleonora, and she has also been a great intermediary between the clients/myself. Moreover, I am also grateful for her support as she was the first to believe in the quality of my art work and proposing my sketches to Human Foundation.
