Amplytica is a bioinformatics company that builds software and service to optimize the costs and operations of industrial bioprocesses like in situ groundwater remediation, mine effluent treatment, and bio-fertilizer development. We focus on what the microbes and fungi do rather than what they and we use their DNA to explore their functional capabilities and how these capabilities can be exploited in industry. We help companies adopt nature-based solution techniques as they begin their net-zero initiatives. At Amplytica, I take on the following roles: project management, business development, marketing, sales, market research, consulting, science writing and leading technical teams (i.e. software engineers and bioinformaticians)We built this company during a global pandemic when supply chains were severely disrupted and our DNA labs delayed our data about one year, prioritizing COVID-19 research.
