      As a shadow teacher, I observed and build a good relationship with the special needs student, in purpose to understand and get all the information about his personality and what approaching method could fit him. I also Coordinate with the main teacher and assist to create strategies in ensuring effective approaching method and use it with positive support to special needs students for a week. The student showed progress by maintaining his focus on a task longer (30 seconds). After 5 months using the same method, The special needs student could maintain his focus for 15 minutes and even better.
