  As Founder and Artistic Director for Holy City Arts & Lyric Opera (HALO), my responsibilities include:- Programming of two full-scale productions per season.- Casting and artistic planning.- Creating and engaging in collaborative efforts and partnerships with other organizations and institutions.- Contract negotiations.- Working towards realizing the long-term vision of HALO to become one of America's premiere full-time performing arts organizations.Other responsibilities include overseeing the operating budget, fundraising and project management.

  HALO created the Opera 101 online community engagement series to stimulate those who wish to learn more about all aspects of opera.As Creative Director, my responsibilities include:- Working with lecturers to develop the lecture series.- Working with the Opera 101 Technical Director to curate video and audio clips, images and other tools to support the lecture.- Oversee lectures on the Zoom platform and aid with technical aspects during class.- Recruit and interview industry professionals for "Opera 101 Conversations" classes.- Engage with the online community to make the performing arts a daily aspect of life.
