Richard Inman
Diane worked as a Site Manager for Serco running the Local Testing Site in Doncaster in support of UKHSA. Diane was committed throughout an extremely dedicated employee with an eye for detail and exemplary at following the procedural work that was required in running a testing site. Diane was well organised and ran a very effective site looking after the customers who visited and the welfare of all her staff. A committed employee who would benefit any business in an operational role.
Andrew Sakaria
Diane and I started in the site management roles for Serco, then Mitie, running our own Covid Test sites. Diane immediately proved her skills and abilities dealing with staff, security, stake holders, and other providers and customers alike. Diane prides herself on ensuring that for the duration of the task, she did this professionally, effectively and efficiently. It was because of her extaordinary ability to prioritise and multi task, that she was asked to take on several extra roles, not only within the company (Mitie) but also regionally. Diane of course excelled with these also. Diane was supportive to me throughout and is a large part of my success. I sincerely hope that we might work along side each other again. Diane is methodical, resourceful, enterprising, rational and level headed. This was essential when dealing with the large cross section of people and situations encountered on a daily basis. Diane never missed a deadline, despite the short window often given . In doing all of this she also recognised the need for ensuring that her team and herself had time to enjoy work/life balance.
