      During my time at KP I started as an administrative assistant and in 6 months or less I was given the opportunity to move up into recruiting. In that short amount of time I excelled and kept proving my love for recruiting. During my time as a recruiter, I grew many relationships with our employees and would receive great reviews and referrals to work for us. I was in charge of creating new flyers for job boards, job description to catch the eye of job seekers for social media.
