Handling Purchase of Pipes, Flanges, Pipe Fittings for orders received. Specialties in procuring Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Titanium Piping Materials. As Quality Manager we always tested all the materials which we procured or manufactured. Testing which we conducted are as below: Visual Dimensions Check Spectro Analysis Chemical & Mechanical Properties Ultra Sonic Testing for Round Bars and Plates. X-Ray or Radiography Testing for EFW, SAW, LSAW, DSAW, Spiral, ERW Pipes. Dye Penetration Test for Butt Weld Pipe Fittings. Hydro Test for Tubes and Pipes to check Pressure and Leakage if any. Besides also assisted TPI Inspector when raised calls for TPI. Just because of great learning experience, we have build Specialties in Manufacturing of Seamless Pipes & Tubes. Besides also manufacturer Forged Flanges, Fasteners & Pipe Fittings in Ferrous and Non Ferrous Metals and Alloys. Show less
