In the build out of a new team I guide clients through a multi step process including the following stages: Assess, Design, Hire, Train, Manage As part of this I provide written recommendations, lead the design and creation of essential components/content including compensation plans, playbooks, scripts, email copy for outreach sequences, etc. I recruit, screen, and interview applicants. I lead onboarding and new hire training. And then I oversee day to day management, coaching and performance improvement. Along the way I have added two additional services to my Sales Development Consulting offering: 1) Professional group training sessions for SDR teams &/or SDR Managers, and 2) Sales Technology Consulting where I personally administer/customize client CRMs and Sales Engagement Platforms.
