I’ve had the pleasure of working with Derek at GE for over 4 years, and continue to deal with Derek as a client. Not only does Derek understand the sales process from a fundamental point of view having been one of the most successful account managers in Canada to date, he is also at the top of his game when it comes to being a leader in a company known for developing world class leadership. Derek has a strong level of creativity and progressive problem solving built into his toolbox. In one on one conversations and in large team meetings, I've known Derek to be exceptional at bringing new ideas and approaches to light when others continue to offer more in-line solutions – he’s constantly challenging himself and others to change the game. It was a real privilege to be his colleague as he has high integrity and is generous with his time and knowledge.
