Having worked with Dee over the last 4 years it's easy to see why she makes a great success manager. With the largest project I had ever undertaken in progress Dee was there every step of the way. From initial sales to on boarding and set up, answering every questions there was to ask, Dee responded to everything I could throw at her with professionalism and efficiency. Dee is not afraid to be truly honest with you sharing her experience and knowledge, I really admire this quality, as whilst I chose not to take some it and do things my own way, I never felt that Dee judged me for doing this, she just supported me to achieve my goal. Working with Dee has always felt like more of a partnership rather than Customer & Client. It's fair to say without Dee's support I simply would not have met my (own imposed) deadline and the e-learning project would not have been the success it was.

Dee is an excellent Success and Client Manager. One of the main skills that Dee has is the ability to understand the business and pressures you are working with and then strives to help find a solution. She has always been available to me for any question and has extensive product knowledge. Dee has been one of the reasons that I came back to Nimble after I left my previous role due to her professionalism and solution orientated mindset. Its always a pleasure when I'm in contact with Dee as it doesn't feel like work.

Xebec was founded in 1988 and later became part of McGraw-HillLifetime Learning. I joined Xebec in its infancy heading the translation of its award winning CD-ROM courses into German. Soon I was a team leader heading the development of new soft skill products working with a diverse team of professionals (designers, developers, programmers, subject matter experts, instructional designers, graphic artists, sound engineers, customers, marketing team to name a few). Worked on many award winning courses (Business Insight series, Business Strategy and Business Briefs) Assessment specialist for all series. Key in the recruitment of a developers during expansion and conducting appraisals.
