Providing technological help to clients and their businesses, setting up provisions for employee training, network security, dark web monitoring, and the frequently needed password reset! Monitoring the dashboards for security anomalies, creating protocols and documenting the process. Our projects- new company set ups, revisions, moving offices, expanding, etc. I also create keynote presentations, social media marketing post, executive reports, graphs and pivot tables for the company and clients! I manage our social media presence, main duties include:-Creating editorial calendars of content -Publishing content to share through various social media channels.-Responding to user-generated comments and feedback-Tracking content and campaign success through engagement ratings, metrics and analytics-Participating in visual design strategies-Presenting findings to upper management to assess and guide strategy moving forward-Recognizing and assessing if a certain platform is not producing the acceptable ROI-Maintaining brand guidelines across all channels to ensure brand messaging is consistent-Staying on top of trends. -Developing and representing the brand with a consistent personality|Extra Curriculum|-I am also currently learning with Kali Linux on VMware. ✅-I am working on a project to build a Raspberry Pi 4 to use for my Ethical Hacking Studies. ✅-Keeping up to date with Professor Messer training and videos🔁-Teaching myself marketing and sales 🆕
