I have had the pleasure of working with Dave while at Motorola CXD for about 4 years. He is a very sharp developer and has a keen eye for troubleshooting even the most complex solutions and issues. Dave is always able to develop solutions for innovative projects as well as large scale legacy applications. He has a good knowledge of software development processes and he is able to execute without having to be directed or hand held through difficult stages.

I have worked with David in multiple occasions. He has the ability to pick up from a mid-point of a project, and then take a full steam ahead to complete the project in time. His was structural, and was able to comprehend new domain knowledge quickly. I am greatly appreciative of his abilities and professionalism.

Design and develop internal websites for the use of various departments inside the company using ASP.NET, HTML, VB .NET, C# .NET, JavaScript and JQuery. Created a website using ASP.NET and C# .NET that allows our engineers to submit an entire indented bill of material for a machine to the purchasing department all at once. Using the website, the purchasing department can then create a printable worksheet with recommendations based on available inventory, future inventory allocations, vendor lead times etc. for how to proceed with procuring each of the parts that the engineer needs. These worksheets used to take considerable man-hours to create by hand, but now are created in seconds. Once ordered, the engineer can then track the progress of all of the parts needed to complete the machine. This website has helped cut the development time from 16 to 5 weeks for an entire machine. Develop and maintain SQL Server 2008 databases accessed by the websites. Gather requirements for new sites that are needed to help other departments be successful. Show less
