      In this Leadership role I was required to oversee the optimisation, planning and booking of broadcast commercial airtime into profitable, efficient spots. I was responsible for the management and development of four Airtime Management executives and two assistants. I played a major role in the Induction and training programme for all new starters across the company. I maintained the debt / credit and delivery position across the Sky Media portfolio as well as the creation, delivery and monitoring of several specific deals / campaigns. I was required to produce analytical reports of the delivery of specific campaigns as well as looking at monthly analysis across entire portfolios in order to recognise trends in inventory. I was involved in the implementation and the Sky Media specific development of the Landmark II broadcast sales booking system. I am a Product Manager and am part of a team responsible for training the new system across the sales floor. I am also fully involved in the testing and development stages of the on-going project of enhancing the system.
