I founded the Cape Town branch, and was integrally involved in the design and execution of all work readiness programs. I managed a team of trainers and best-of-breed facilitators, and personally lead groups of 40 candidates through the intensive 6-8 week programs. I engaged with employers conducting needs analysis and engaged with them in post-placement support to maximise candidate retention.
