      I came to IQOS with the intend of learning and feeding off the amazing marketing and branding behind the product and its purpose. I was fascinated by how a product with such a bad image could get a complete rebranding and turned into a lifestyle product. I wanted to feed off this energy and set my footprint in the movement of changing smoking for good. The main factors I saw for IQOS success were service, education branding and community building.
