I had the pleasure of managing David Reisen multiple years during my time working with Southwestern Advantage. David is honest, positive, determined, a great team-player and most importantly he's just an old fashioned workhorse. David constantly approached me his first year working with Southwestern for ways in which he could grow, in sales and also as a leader. As a result of this desire, it's exactly what happened. His efficiency and communication skills both greatly improved as did his closing percentages and because of these changes his influence (true leadership) spread. David continued to grow in his sales success year after year with southwestern, a direct result of his relentless effort and strengthened communication abilities. He let meeting discussions and did personal coaching sessions (sometimes nightly after putting in 13 hour days)with first year interns and directly helped many students in our organizations succeed. Outside of the numbers and resume stats, David is a very encouraging and magnetic human being. He was well liked by everyone he worked with from upper management to first year interns and always someone that could make you laugh when it was needed. David's encouraging personality, work ethic, and positive outlook will undoubtedly make him a valuable asset to any organization he chooses to work with in the future.

David is a builder. He works everyday in order to grow in any way, and is always striving to get better and better. He is one of the most coachable, consistent, and persistent people I know, and brings a killer-instinct to the table when he has a job to do. Dave is knowledgeable, extremely professional, easy to connect with, and puts his head down and just goes until what he was working on or working towards is finished. I recommend him not only as a friend, but as a professional as well.
