I am the Chief Investigator of the controlled trial of the Insights Program at schools in NSW and ACT. My research is involved in developing ways to empower and build resilience in young people, increasing comfort with uncertainty within the school system and youth, reducing catastrophic thinking in adolescence, and assisting youth to manage expectations and reduce aspects of perfectionism.
