It was a one-day conference to inspire, create and motivate college students to accomplish their dreams and be the best version of themselves. The conference allowed students to broaden their professional network while strengthening their marketing, leadership, entrepreneurial and social skills. “Our Mission for Collegiately Creative is to inspire and encourage creativity to benefit your professional journey through hands-on activities and empowering speakers.” Throughout 2015 and the start of 2016, I worked along EMC exec to bring Collegiately Creative to life. Throughout the planning process I wore a variety of hats, however, my primary role was Talent Director. My roles involved leading a committee of 6 girls to research, find, communicate and book an inspiring lineup of speakers. I developed email templates, speaker questionnaires, speaker contracts, speaker welcome packets as well as the conference schedule. I facilitated communication with all speakers and answered all their questions and concerns. The Collegiately Creative line-up included: •Danny O’Neill, The Founder of The Roasterie •Sunny Lenarduzzi, Award Winning Social Media Strategist Specializing in Video Marketing •Mike Draper, The Founder of RAYGUN •Adam Benton, The Author of Acts of Good Journal •Kelly and Andra, With Grace and Gold •Melissa K.
