Damian is one of the best engineers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Damian started at Nu-Age within our NOC and quickly elevated to the Lead NOC Engineer. He showed a consistent willingness to take on tasks that weren’t in his job description and always went above and beyond for his peers. He has a very calm demeaner about nearly every task he takes on which speaks to his confidence with technical items. Damian acts as a sponge to new technology and is never shy to jump at items he’s unfamiliar with. Working at an MSP with me, it cannot be understated how beneficial this was to our day to day. Wearing many hats is not only something Damian embraces, but he’s very comfortable doing so. Damian began to find an interest in networking technologies, so it made plenty of sense for him to join me on the Data-Center team. Within 12 months, Damian elevated his skillset beyond belief.
