That summer he seen something in me and told me that I would be a great catcher. I fell in love with the position and was able to receive a college scholarship and was drafted by the L.A. Angels! Coach Zimmerman passion and love for the game is what makes him a great coach. He makes you a better ball player and challenges you to obtain your goals. He is well organized and has knowledge of the game, which comes from superior coaching he received as a former player at University of Pacific. Playing for Coach Zimmerman gave me direction and equipped me with the basic fundamentals that ultimately led me to have a lengthy career in baseball.
