Dear Sirs, I appreciate the opportunity to comment on Chris' work while he worked at Athletico Physical Therapy. I originally hired Chris close to 10 years ago while I was Manager of Athletic Training Services. He did PRN work for us servicing numerous events, including rugby, hockey, high school, and collegiate events. Chris is self-motivated, attentive to details, and consistently communicated to his supervisors after each event. Chris is committed to continuously improving his skills in everything he pursues. He is open to feedback and open to implementing that feedback to better his performance for the betterment of his patients/athletes/clients. These qualities enabled him to stand out from the common Certified Athletic Trainer. At Athletico, Chris was an exemplary employee who was held in high regards by our corporate and regional teams and one that I know I could always count on to go the extra mile.

I hired Chris to provide extra coverage and direct clinical support on our inpatient orthotics team. His tireless effort and unmatched clinical expertise helped us get through a particularly challenging staffing shortage through our busiest months at the Institute. The position has worked out so well (mutually) that he continues to come in once or twice weekly for a few hours at a time to help care for our patients. He says it's to "keep his skills sharp", but our patients say he's "one of the best!" Recommended highly, without reservation.
