  I lead and manage a new and dynamic team delivering high quality learning in English and Drama. We delivered record breaking GCSE results in the past two years, contributing to being the most improved school in England in 2012. 2013 results were consistently high. We developed IGCSE course delivery for English and English Literature to ensure that students receive a broad and meaningful course and can be confident in the value of their qualification. I advise other schools' English departments in strategies to improve results and to plan engaging and relevant schemes of work at KS3 and KS4.
