I have been practicing yoga for 10 years. I graduated from YogaSphere's 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in March 2020 and have been teaching virtually on a weekly basis since completion of my program. I teach Vinyasa yoga for all levels of experience, including beginners, advanced yogis, children, and those with cognitive differences. I often incorporate yogic practices and principles in my work as a Marriage and Family Therapist, as well. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years.
