In this role, I optimized financial results through efficient application of resources, effective processes, and cost and yield management utilizing my past experience in managerial finance and accounting. I oversaw, developed, refined, and implemented standard operating procedures (SOP), QA and audit functionality and Brand Assurance protocols to ensure that the client relationship teams and brand account managers are consistently and without fail delivering on service excellence. This was enhanced via effective and frequent communication with various department heads to ensure sound business decisions were made, while efficiency of operations and high standards were also being maintained. This was accomplished through directly interfacing with existing and new clients to maintain client satisfaction and account retention via my focus on advocacy of the government's mission. Since tripling the size of the team along while providing consistent Project Management leadership was deemed a top client priority, I worked closely with STG Human Resources on the selection, training, development and retention of project management team members.
