Currently, I work with a leading global inventory services provider that delivers optimal productivity for some of the world’s leading companies including, Caterpillar, Inc., John Deere, Wesco Distribution, Cooper Tires, Georgia Pacific and Ameren. Coordinated logistics with multi-national forces and established solid international relations. Logistical, training and administrative roles included the following: Created a detailed training program used by flight members in training for security response team duties and a new quality control data base, used for tracking over 300 Quality Control Evaluation Scores. Led the creation of six security training manuals, to adequately ensure task certification of all critical positions within the military police forces. Trained 160 new personnel on human resource guidelines pertaining to laws, regulations, sexual harassment and diversity. Instructed military police personnel on operations concerning the Advantor Base Alarm System. Designed interactive classroom presentations for teaching life saving combat techniques to 150 new, ground-combat medics. Trained 23 Japanese personnel on U.S military police operations enhancing foreign relations. Trained 26 Department of Defense Police Officers on the Vapor Tracer II and Itemiser III chemical detectors. Performed logistical service to individuals by logging 435 hours on Kuwaiti roadways to escort 7,900 passengers to and from port of entry without incident. Performed duties as Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) of the security escort team. Conducted 14 funds transfer escorts totaling over $2 million into Ali Al Salem, air force base.
