  As a People Advocate with JobHive, I believe that connecting people with opportunities is meaningful. Everyone has a unique skill set or talent. It's great to help people demonstrate their skills in a way that companies care about. Unlike most recruiting agencies, our team does not do contingency searches or charge commissions. Our clients partner with us from the beginning and we put their best interests first. We also love working with candidates. Not being in a rat race to close a commission is refreshing.
