In this role I worked as a technolgy sales associate and as a computer repair technician. I would assist customers with purchases of technology products. I would sell customers on insurance plans and other benifits for those products. I would also act as a computer repair technician for any customer that required it. This included machines purchased through Staples, as well as other vendors and White-Box machines. I have helped older customers get their background the way they like it, fixed a customers White-Box that would not start after being built, cloned hard drives and solid state drives, fixed fans in dropped laptops.
