Colleen is the best advisor an MBA student can hope for. I always felt comfortable bouncing ideas off of her regarding both academic and professional paths. She always gave me honest and encouraging feedback, and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests during my MBA. She is an asset to VCU's business school and its students. I strongly recommend her for a position that requires dealing with many groups of people, requires a strong work ethic, and entails creating initiatives to promote a cause.
