I got to know Cole early on in the MBA program at USC Marshall, where we spent our first year working along side each other. Throughout that year we worked on projects spanning all areas of business from Accounting to Strategy. During our projects Cole had a natural tendency to be a very creative problem solver. He often helped our group achieve high results by identifying root causes, and used a process driven framework to drive logical and efficient solutions! Cole also approached all challenges with an extremely positive attitude, this infectious attitude often time set the tone for our groups culture. If given the opportunity in the future, and I hope this happens, I would absolutely be delighted to work with Cole again!

Cole is exactly the type of self-starter that you want on your team. He has a keen eye for efficiency and scale. I’ve worked on the same team as Cole at Slickdeals where he was asked to be the business development liaison to a new product initiative. Cole quickly realized the need for robust external client communications so he created a new sales deck for the product from scratch that was utilized by the rest of the BD team. Cole is also on my Dark Kitchens team at Uber Eats. Similarly, he recognized an area for improvement and sought to find a more efficient solution. The restaurant onboarding process was causing some friction and delays for Dark Kitchen brands. Cole devised a new ingestion model specifically for Dark Kitchen partners which is now being used to onboard restaurants much faster than before. Cole is the definition of a true go-getter!
