I fully recommend, without any reservation, Codi Galloway for any position that she seeks. I know Codi well on both a personal and professional level. I am confident that she will bring her enthusiastic energy and hard work to your organization. Codi has been my marketing coordinator for the past 2 1/2 years. Her duties include but are not limited to direct marketing to referral sources (dentists), planning and implementing our annual continuing education course in which she hosts over 80 dental professionals, management of our online reviews, implementation of new programs, writing the monthly newsletter and blog, and training front desk staff. She also organizes and runs our annual field trip for the elementary school next door. She can manage sixty first-graders like a champ! She is passionate about my practice and has grown our referral base tremendously. On a personal level, I have found Codi to be kind, compassionate and understanding. She is well liked and fully respected by all of my staff. Codi is also well liked by all of our referral sources and has befriended office managers all over the Treasure Valley. I have knowledge of Codi's desire to constantly educate and better herself. Her capabilities are not being used fully in my office as she's far too talented to be in her current position. Unfortunately she will be leaving my office in May 2020 to explore future endeavors. She will be greatly missed!
