My job at the San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission consists of intaking families that are interested in the shelter and assessing them to see if they are a good fit for the shelter. My roles also include a little case managing and make sure guests at the shelter are provided with their basic needs by making meals for them, talking with them, and connecting them with resources that they may not have.
