  My primary responsibility is to meet with clients to independently review their current estate plans. Part of the process is to discern their future wishes, take instructions when needed and provide guidance regarding Wills, Trusts, Lifetime Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney. I am able to discuss the distribution of assets, guardianship of minor children, inheritance tax etc. and to explain Squiggle’s approach to engagements and fees. I manage a client's case from start to finish; the process starts with a review, a follow-up letter, taking instructions, reviewing drafts, communicating with clients to explain drafts and attestation assistance.
