Worked on new designs for new default templates with the team. Produce how to guides for Alto and Jupix for new starters to use. For Vebra/Encore Live I have also made HTML coding amendments for email layouts in the system.Working with the development team logging tickets for software improvements, relating to brochures, window cards and other associated printed materials.Training new starters and assisting them with gaining knowledge about the software.
