My position offers the opportunity to combine R&D formulation work with Process Engineering Projects Such as OTC/ validation and first production formulas. • The R&D part of this position is working on developing/ improving formulations for Personal care/ cosmetics products including: all type of make up / powders and emulsions , lotions, creams, serums, scrubs plus other types of applications.Developed new or improved formulas, products, and/or processes for creams, lotions, washes as well as cosmetic products.• The process engineering part involved supervising and overseeing the manufacturing practices for OTC formulations/ validation/ and or first production batchesThis included supervising OTC projects from their pre-weighting stage to batch manufacturing. Made recommendations and observations during each process. Helped transferring R&D process to manufacturing using regulations and proper standards.In addition, this position included supporting Quality Control as a back up if needed during daily production manufacturing activities.
