      Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Take charge of entire engineering department, leading a team of 9, including 5 engineers and report directly to the managing director. 2. Responsible for tender preparation including costing, technical proposal, evaluations and clarifications. Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering. 3. Main point of contact and liaison between project teams and the client's representatives, consultants or relevant authorities. 4. Attend to Request for Quote (RFQ) and looking for potential clients, prepare for the quotation and technical presentation and liaise directly with the clients to secure the jobs. 5. Lead the planning, coordination and execution of projects with little to no supervision. 6. Monitor and control project cost as well as supervising work delivery & ensure it is delivered to the satisfaction of client and progress in accordance to work schedule. 7. Handle progressive claims and billing & invoicing for on-going projects or upon completion of projects / jobs. 8. Responsible for underground services & utilities detection by using Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) in 2D and 3D surveys. From designing the survey, to site visits & client liaison, data acquisition, post processing & interpretation, and submit final report to the client within the given time frame. 9. Ensure day-to-day operations including installation and report submission of geotechnical instrumentation & monitoring (plate bearing test, pile test, noise, vibration, prism, settlement marker, tiltmeter, crack meter monitoring) run smoothly. 10. Deliver technical training to new team member. 11. Technically competent person for the following services: Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Cable Detection, Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT), Fiber Optic Sensor (FOS), Drone Applications, 3D Laser Scanning, Geotechnical Instrumentation & Monitoring, Structural Health Monitoring.
