I found Chris to be very professional and very knowledgeable with regards to Global and Domestic Supply Chain Logistics. Chris was always very organized and prepared for meetings. I would classify Chris as a tough but fair negotiator. It was refreshing dealing with such an informed person who totally understood the various issues encountered in the total supply chain. Chris also embraced and utilized technology to keep his staff and executives informed of the supply chain performance.
