It has been a pleasure to work with Chris at IQMS/Dassault Systemes for many years. Chris is hardworking, personable and extremely knowledgable on ERP & MES solutions. He is always willing to put in an extra effort to make sure all of my customer's questions are answered. He would be a tremendous asset to any organization!

I served as a Education Experience Specialist supporting the DELMIAWORKS ERP product. I consulted with customers on the proper set up, use and deployment of the ERP suite, taught the System Administration, Data Analytics and Manufacturing classes and provided expert advice on all parts of the system. It was lots of fun and I had a great team working with me! I served as a Education Experience Specialist supporting the DELMIAWORKS ERP product. As an Application Trainer with IQMS, I facilitate customer classes for new Enterprise IQ software users. I also train the System Administration class, as well as our class for SAP's Crystal Reports, both of the Manufacturing courses we offer and have become a specialist in training with the Assembly I manufacturing type. In addition to classroom based training, I also train via the web and have produced and published a few video based training sessions for our customer portal. On top of my training responsibilities, I also provide facilities and tech support services to the Chicago office. Awarded Trainer of the Year for 2015! Thanks Everyone! Show less

I served as a software trainer for OnShift, a SaaS based scheduling software suite for the Long Term Care industry. I was involved with onsite and remote training of customers, and helped all of the people I trained to achieve success with the system and helped to reduce labor budgets through proactive, data driven scheduling practices. I was directly involved in the setup and implementation of the software across all levels of the customer user base and managed the timeline for all implementation activities. Show less

In this role, I was the Technology Educator for grade 6 - 12. I had the opportunity to develop and deliver technology based classes for a broad range of students. I also managed four computer labs scattered across multiple campus buildings, one of which was a Paxton Patterson Integrated Learning Lab - a computer based LMS with thirteen hands on activity modules. The modules I taught from included Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Fiber Optic Networking, Electronic CAD, Finance, Science in the Kitchen, Basic Home Repair and Small Engine Repair. All of these topics were taught at the same time and students rotated between topics every 3 to 4 weeks. I also created and taught the High School Web Development class which focused on HTML and CSS page generation, and later PHP and MySQL as we developed dynamically driven web pages with some server administration for good measure. Kalkaska Public Schools provided me with my first opportunity to teach in my own classroom. I learned to manage my classes, prepare and deliver lessons and developed and executed assessments. I would say that it was a great learning opportunity for me and that I was well supported by the administration, my mentor and he staff. I was only in this position for a single year, but I know now that I had a pretty strong impact on my students, as many of them still remember and discuss the lessons we worked through together when I see them.
