This program is a high healthy fat, moderate quality protein, safe carbohydrate eating plan with extra focus on toxin reduction. Many people will see poor conditions reverse, weight drop off, and energy increase by just making this eating change. However, for some of you, you may hit road blocks that stop you from reaching your goal. That is where I come into play. I love working with people who start the program (or have gut issues or are looking to get pregnant) or at the very least start a Paleo diet and then hit those road blocks!
