  Indianapolis, Indiana Area As an instructional designer intern, I created government courses for mortgage loan originators. Over a period of 4 months, I worked to develop and streamline a process where multiple courses could be completed in a little over 1 day. This increased productivity by over 50% and allowed for a new, fresh and modern look with interactions to be implemented with very little additional time.
