I worked with as a manager in two of her roles. Unfortunately, the time was short in both instances and I couldn't pack her up and bring me with when I left my last position. Chrissa is an exceptional sourcer and recruiter with incredible project management skills. Chrissa quickly earned a reputation for being the recruiter hiring managers turned to for advice on who the strongest candidates where in the pool, how they would contribute to the organization, and how to successfully negotiate the offer to join the team. Chrissa also rapidly planned hiring events for tough to find talent and a lot of moving parts without missing any critical details resulting in highly successful events.

Chrissa is an invaluable recruiting professional. From sourcing talent to developing hiring manager relationships, she facilitates the recruiting process in a way that meets the needs of all parties involved. Chrissa has the technical aptitude to work on complex jobs in any industry or functional area and the soft skills to work with candidates at any level, technician to senior leadership. Working with Chrissa as a peer, I can say first hand that she offers a teamwork mentality that is unmatched.

Chrissa is a world-class professional. What stands out about her is that she delivers the results while effectively managing everyone in the process. Hiring managers and HR professionals listen to her and do what she recommends. She's able to source candidates at any level. She's calm under pressure and credible with clients, candidates and outside partners. Chrissa is a pleasure to work with and I'm happy to recommend her.
