      Radio Saint Lucia (RSL or Sun Radio) no longer exists, but this is where I got my start in the media profession, after being discovered by veteran broadcaster Jerry George, who was at the time, Manager of the Nation's Station. The government-owned radio station, which faced financial issues and struggled to remain viable in a saturated radio market, was eventually but unfortunately shut down by the Saint Lucia government on 31 July 2017.
