NOSH is a new concept breakfast drink, where I joined the founder to create the brand assets and oversaw the marketing activity to support its launch in UK & Ireland. Listings in major retailers including Tesco & Coop were supported by OOH campaigns on the London Underground growing brand awareness and sales growth nationally. NOSH was then acquired by a leading beverage company entering the UK market in 2016. Joined Africa's leading independent oil company to work of development projects in Africa within its country-integration and CSR team. Developed a new 'brand projects' initiative aimed at delivering legacy projects in Ghana, Kenya & Uganda to drive greater brand visibility locally and to support communities in which Tullow operates. Oversaw a 5-year partnership with football & educational academy 'Right to Dream' changing the lives of Ghanaian boys and girls in a $1.75m commitment. Launched the 'Tullow Ghana Golf Programme' developing renovated golf facilities in three areas to develop a new sports industry that supports both local business and leisure, and also provides a focal point for business communities in Accra, Tema & Kumasi - with the launch event attended by the King of Ashanti. Managed partnerships with Paul McGinley Golf Design to renovate the facilities, as well as The European Tour and The R&A to support golf programmes in Africa. Worked across the group to audit, assess and plan new development projects across 22 countries that included developing Medical Centres, Enterprise Training Centres and Skills Development Centres for direct & indirect oil industry jobs.
