      I joined Dormeo in September 2017 to open their first ever UK retail showroom. From developing the new store to merchandising and marketing the store to the local area, the beginning of my role was something I had never experienced before. Once the store was all set up we opened the doors unsure how it would be taken by the local community. It is safe to say that with my guidance the store has triumphed in its first year exceeding expectations in every possible area. Although a much slower pace of retail then I was used to, it has been enjoyable as you gain a much closer relationship with your customers and colleagues and therefore operate to the highest levels of customer service within the industry.
