  I moved on from Apprenticeship to this local salon in my area to develop my reputation as a stylist. At my time here I focused on my Sales, Admin, Social Media marketing and management. Due to being part time I was motivated to increase my sales. I learnt here that I was definitely driven by being able to hit and meet targets and get rewarded by doing so. I also developed a love for social media management and marketing and learnt how far social media platforms can take you. I started getting noticed by big brands like ‘L’Oréal’ via my Instagram posts and being featured in popular hair Instagram pages. Which helped the business I was working for get more traffic since I always incorporated the name of the business in my posts. Show less
